Delta Air Lines pulled a fast one on us when it removed Skymiles award charts on Friday without notice, taking with it any accountability to passengers to its erratic online pricing engine and also striking at the very core of the loyalty program proposition, where charts served as a goal to motivate savings towards aspirational awards.
Thankfully, Google caches of the Delta award charts were still available for a few hours and I was able to download Delta’s worldwide award charts. Click below for .pdf for each region.

It may be “easier” than ever to book online — indeed with Delta it is at least easier than it ever has been to book Skymiles award flights online — but knowing if you are being charged an accurate price for your redemption is now considerably harder.
