Emirates has unveiled a diamond-studded lounge onboard its A380…but don’t worry, it is only a rendering.
You might recall that Emirates shared a crystal-encrusted 777 last year on its social media channels:
The aircraft was aptly named “Bling 777” and just a figment of the imagination of one very talented artist.
Sara Shakheel (NSFW) is a dentist by training, but now a full-time artist. The Pakistan-born artist focuses on the creative use of crystals and diamonds and has produced remarkable images of landmarks around the world.
Her latest creation, shared by Emirates yesterday on Facebook and Twitter, transforms the bar of an A380 into a glittery diamond-encrusted venue.

The funny thing, to me at least, is that it doesn’t looks so far-fetched or out of place. Quite the contrary, it actually looks like something Emirates would do! I suspect the seats might be a tad uncomfortable, though…
What do you think of the new rendering? A bit much or perfectly compatibility with Emirates’ style?

The artist is a dentist by training? He left the flight attendant’s uniform untouched. Maybe if she smiled you’d find the hidden surprise – her sparkling teeth.
