When it comes to flying Spirit Airlines out of Florida, it seems that a swimsuit is no problem and clothing is optional…
Spirit Airlines Passenger Wears Swimsuit…Or Maybe Not?
Let’s get right to the video, which appears to have been taken at the Spirit Airlines check-in counter at Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport (FLL):

My friend Jay, who posted this video on his popular Instagram page, aptly wondered, “This is why airlines have dress codes. Now, the question is, did they enforce or let her travel like this?”
And that is not clear.
There’s not much else to say. It’s one thing to wear something revealing…it’s another to wear something leaves nothing to the imagination. I suppose it could be that this woman was not aware that her bathing suit was riding up on her…but that seems unlikely to me.
And on Spirit Airlines where the seats are so tight…
In that sense, the problem is not the exposed buttocks but the exposed arms and legs that are likely to rub up against her seatmate, which is true of passengers regardless of size when seats are so small. Hopefully, this woman was traveling with friends who did not mind!
We don’t know if Spirit Airlines did anything about this, but we probably would have heard about it as we do on American Airlines or Southwest Airlines.
My bottom line is this: just be considerate in choosing wardrobe attire on an airplane so that you do not involuntarily make skin-to-skin contact with another passenger onboard. That’s not too much to ask, is it?
A race to the bottom .
@ Matthew — Keep the bad press coming for Spirit. Keeps the fares down on my favorite airline for nonstops <3 hours.
They did advertise the ‘bare fare’ for many years…
Well, it is a full moon tonight. I chose not to watch the video as I fear seeing a full something else should she turn around
I feel like vomiting looking at that picture and can only imagine what it would be like seated next to that.
When you allow a senator to wear baggy shorts and a hoodie in the Senate, you should allow anyone to wear anything anywhere. Yes, they reverted the code but the fact that it was allowed gives the message to people that they can also pick their own dress code.
@Santastic0 … Exactly so . Myself , I wear a jacket and tie on aircraft .
Slight difference between baggy shorts and a hoodie versus what she is wearing.
Nice try, the Senate passed a new dress code the other day, and wearing shorts and hoodie aren’t allowed. You have to wear a jacket. So your comment is a swing and a miss
Only because of the outrage caused by senator meth head.
The dress code only applies to males, not females, per usual.
She was not permitted to check in and did not fly like that.

Employee who was present.
Spirit and Florida… enough said 😉
1. Obscene particularly if front genitalia is exposed. Should be arrested and held for psychiatric evaluation if so exposed.
2. Woman is really dumb because so much exposed skin is unsafe if there is an evacuation.
3. So fat is unhealthy. Obesity is a risk factor with severe Covid.
Yes, imagine if she had to use the emergency slide wearing that.
I recently flew Southwest Airlines during the summer from Kansas City to Los angeles. A very very scantily clad woman lined up in the A section not terribly far behind me, and I wondered whether she would be allowed on the airplane because she was very underdressed. As it turned out when I got on and seated myself in a forward aisle seat I noticed that everyone else got on and she was not there. I believe she was correctly detained at the entrance to the jetway and not allowed to fly. I am in agreement with that.
That’s just flat out disgusting. But, Spirit in FL… avoid
Crikey another arrest for 200 pounds of crack.
Nice play on words. Put a cover up on. When I flew years ago you dressed like it was for business. Guys a dress shirt, dressy trousers, and comfortable shoes. Ladies a dress or suit, and comfortable shoes.
Spirit……what do you expect??
Society has been inundated with the actions of one particular group of people, from pants at their knees, obscene everyday language, loudness, rudeness, the breaking of laws and now this. And if anyone speaks up, they are immediately shamed for pointing out these “attributes” and are always called a “racist”. I, for one, am way past being tired of these actions – these people need to be held accountable. I am sure that this post of mine will have those who are the champions of this type of behavior will now go off on what I have said – and they will cry that I am being “racist” – when, in reality, I am stating the truth that everyone knows is true.
“I’m not racist, but…” That means you’re a racist, bro.
If it’s racist to tell the truth or protect yourself, family, or property from harm, maybe we should all be racist.
Wrong, Not racist, it’s the pure and simple true that may be uncomfortable to read or hear but the truth nonetheless. Those that adhere to that look have diminished society as a whole for decades.
He is being super racist. And not even bothering to hide it.
If you’re not racist you’re not paying attention.
Bullshit. – Hard for me to be considered “racist” when I am Black, bro
Except everything you have mentioned are done by everybody not one particular group, which by that, you meant black. This video wouldn’t even be on the internet if she wasn’t black. Gosh im scared to even be a few miles away from you let alone feet.
Have the life you deserve
Grow up and face reality. Look around – and you will see what I posted as being true.
You talk a lot if sh*t from behind your computer but you don’t say these things to my face because I never hear them, only read about them later.
Yeah you are real tough. I would say them to your face and you would like it
Hey Stephen,
“Society has been inundated with the actions of one particular group of people, from pants at their knees, obscene everyday language, loudness, rudeness, the breaking of laws and now this….”
“these people need to be held accountable….”
Stephen, cocaine is a helluva drug: https://youtu.be/BX_oF1xIzEM
You could not pay me to fly Spirit. I ALWAYS dress business casual when flying regardless. Business or pleasure.
Disgusting. Sad how this once great country has become a cesspool.
A bad sign of the times, although I don’t think she will start a fashion trend.
Yeah that’s racist! “Society has been inundated with the actions of one particular group of people, from pants at their knees, obscene everyday language, loudness, rudeness, the breaking of laws and now this.” Trying to blame ALL the issues of today on one ‘particular’ group as you’ve done is absolutely racist! So I guess you Virtuous, Pure, Innocent, Christian, God fearing white people do nothing that effects society! You may feel you’re ‘just being honest and telling it like it is’ but you’re not telling ALL your truth like, being racist and thinking you’re not! GTFOH!
Look around, moron. Everything I said is true.
You black??? BWAHAHAHA! Come on, Stephen David Miller….if you ever told a lie, this was it. Pssst….that invite to play B-ball with me and some of the guys is still open. Come on back to the old neighborhood, Stephen.
No sense of decorum is evident…
Clothing to cover the body is a sanitary issue, not modesty. No one would enjoy fungal rashes growing on skin folds touching pax and cabin surfaces.
Don’t fly spirit because if you make a mistake on paying for a bag they will keep your money and charge you 3 times.
Unfortunately this has become the norm for passengers on Spirit. It’s not just in FL but nation wide. The more skin the better seems to be what these passengers are thinking. They have replaced the Walmartians. It’s pitiful. Gone are the days when people dressed up to fly and had manners (unfortunately).
Could she be wearing the short leggings that come to mid thigh? It appears they are very tight and match her skin tone. I doubt she is naked from the waist down. It’s a poor fashion choice but not naked.
I will never use that Airline, gross!
I dunno..maybe this was her first time flying and she thought there was a spa or pool on the plane?
OMG That is really gross. I would never use that airline. Ewwww Makes me sick just to think of it.
This is what happens when a nation turns away from the standards, principles of God’s Word.Immodesty is just one of the signs of a decaying society.Rome didn’t fall in one day. Repent and be baptized. Find a Bible believing church that preaches the Bible.
Different HUMANS do different things. Race, color, creed notwithstanding. I’ve seen Caucasian women wear outlandish foolishness outdoors, where kids/old people are. I’ve also seen Black wear nonsense. But America has this do as thou wilt attitude, and then when people do it, it’s narrowed down to a certain group of people. Miss me with the racist propaganda please.
I thought you only see this at Walmart? (In the US). The “Walmart” of airlines.
That’s why I ALWAYS wipe my seat with DISINFECTANT wipes.
No draws.
SHE HAS ON SKIN TONE (BROWN) COLOR CAPRI TIGHTS YOU IDIOTS!!!
I travel on spirit all the time legroom seems bigger than united airlines
Leggings….
OMG!!! I recently tried out the Chase Lounge at BOS and it’s next to the Sprit gates! What a juxtaposition! The haves and the have nots is an understatement! I almost felt unsafe walking thru! lol
