Upcoming Frequent Flyer Meetup in New York City

For those of you who missed the earlier announcement, Mike is organizing a New York City Frequent Flyer meetup on Tuesday, July 30th. Join the group and RSVP for the event at meetup.com/reach-for-the-miles.

Sadly, I won’t be able to attend this one, but I definitely plan on attending a future meetup.

    This is one of those moments when I really wish US Airways hadn’t dropped its Ithaca to LaGuardia route in their LGA/DCA slot swap with Delta. I have loads of miles on US Airways and could easily have popped down for a night! Don’t have enough United miles to fly to EWR instead. It matters a lot less for longer flights, since nearly every ITH-LGA-Wherever route can be accomplished through other hubs, but flying to NYC has gotten less flexible and more expensive.
