Fanatical Woman Spits On Fellow Passengers, Yells “Everybody Dies”

Today’s chronicle of poor behavior takes us to Scotland, where a crazed woman began spitting on passengers while yelling “everybody dies” on a flight to Northern Ireland.

Scottish Passenger Spits On Other Passengers, Yells Expletives During EasyJet Flight Disruption

The incident took placed on EasyJet flight 481 between Edinburgh and Belfast on Sunday. A video captured the woman pacing up and down the aisle repeating, “Everybody dies, that’s the only thing that’s real.” Why? She refused to wear a mask and was called on it by flight attendants. But rather than respect EasyJet policy, she simply continued her rant.

Eventually, she was escorted off the airplane, but not before coughing and spitting on passengers and cursing out the crew.

As she left the aircraft, she offered passengers and crew a heartwarming message:

“I hope you f***ing die.”

Watch:

If you listen to the video, she makes the following argument:

“You need to get a life. Everybody dies, you know that? Every f***ing body dies!

“If it’s corona or not, everybody dies. Everybody dies that’s the only thing that’s real.”

That’s technically correct, of course. From dust we came and to dust we shall return.

But that’s certainly not the point, is it?

We’ve seen people suffer and die from COVID-19. Absolutely, in nearly every case there was a pre-existing condition at play. But that death was precipitated by…the virus. So the question is really do we want to take reasonable precautions to avoid suffering a painful and unnecessarily premature death or not. And my answer that our balance between personal autonomy and collective action should include allowances to let others make that choice for themselves, which is of course why protective measure are in place on airplanes. Kind of hard to avoid other people in a confined environment, isn’t it? Hence, we wear masks. Not for the strong, but for the vulnerable.

CONCLUSION

Another sad story and another story from Europe…mask protests have certainly expanded beyond U.S. borders. I’m not sure if alcohol was at play in this situation, but I hope the irate passengers takes a sober-minded look at the way in which she disregarded any respect for others in her actions.

“I’m not sure if alcohol was at play in this situation”.. If a person is acting crazy on a British low cost airline flight, it’s a pretty safe assumption that alcohol was involved before, during and probably after the incident

She must be Irish and have a score to settle with Northern Ireland. She is probably also intoxicated, as is typical for those people.

That would be at odds with the Scottish accent…

If Scotland was replaced by the story still works and is even more believable.

I think people in western liberal democracies are behaving in this irrational manner because they are deeply lonely. They attract attention and take risks because their is not much downside in their mind.

People should just get with the program and wear good masks, not ill fitting homemade masks or no masks. Just copy Japan where they’ve been wearing masks for years during the winter and this summer due to Covid-19. If people just get with the program, we’ll see much improvement in 2022, even some improvement now.
