A tragic story from Atlanta, where a pregnant passenger attacked a Spirit Airlines gate agent and wrestled with her on the floor after being denied boarding on her flight to Philadelphia. It took several people to pull her off after which she announced to onlookers that she was six months pregnant.
Pregnant Passenger Attacks Spirit Airlines Gate Agent
On April 30, 2023, Que Maria Scott, 29, was ticketed to fly Spirit Airlines from Atlanta (ATL) to Philadelphia (PHL). Boarding was delayed and Scott approached the gate, demanding to know when boarding would begin. According to the police report, Scott then told passengers around her that “I will beat a b*tch up” (referring to the gate agent) if boarding did not immediately commence.
On that basis, she was denied boarding. This caused Scott to escalate the altercation from verbal to physical. She unexpectedly ambushed the gate agent, grabbing her and wrestling her to the floor. Although the gate agent did a great job in fighting back, Scott was more powerful and had to be pulled off by passengers in the gate area.
A shocking video of the kerfuffle was captured:
There was a fight yesterday at Atlanta Airport. They were both added to the no fly list. 😳 pic.twitter.com/svK2fKj9AZ

Shockingly, after being pulled off Scott announced that she was pregnant. Witnesses reported they smelled alcohol on her breath.
Spirit Airlines sent Live And Let’s Fly the following statement concerning the incident:
“One of our Team Members was assaulted by an unruly passenger at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport (ATL) on Sunday, April 30. Spirit Airlines does not tolerate violence of any kind, and this passenger is no longer welcome on any of our flights. Thank you to the Guests who assisted our Team Member and local law enforcement for their assistance. We will work with the relevant authorities to ensure this individual is prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.”
Scott was booked and charged with assault and battery and faces a steep fine and jail time.
CONCLUSION
The shocking element of this story is not the fight itself, which is common enough on Spirit Airlines, but the fact that this woman was six months pregnant and reeked of alcohol. Bad day or not, Scott does not appear fit to be a mother and I hope that she is not only held accountable criminally for her conduct but faces a civil lawsuit from the gate agent she so viciously attacked.
There’s another interesting element to this story that I will discuss shortly…stay tuned.

This is Spirit airlines….what do you expect?????
It’s Atlanta, what do you expect?!?
I still have nightmares about the ghetto vermin on the AirTran flights between ATL and DCA. It was basically Con Air.
We need to make airfare prohibitively expensive again and send the troglodytes back to the Greyhound station.
I agree go back to high prices and let the American trash go back to the Greyhound bus. And than if they cause a problem put them in the middle of nowhere.
I think you missed an “o” 😉
Just another crazy black woman fighting in an airport…what did you expect.
Reason 5,274,013 that I don’t fly spirit.

I’d say it’s more shameful than tragic, a word I think is overused these days. People no longer die, they tragically die every single time.
I suppose that’s fair.
Both are very classy.
Lock her up. No alcohol
BCM( Black Crimes Matters). Yes, we can!
The only thing worse than a racist is a lazy, juvenile one. Grow up.
These “animals”, and I do mean “animals” ALWAYS have an excuse for their abhorrent behavior.
Ah racists gonna racist. What’s new. But David R Miller will always be a low IQ cuck no matter how you slice it. Btw try not to storm any capitols anytime soon.
But human beings are animals, both in the technical sense and in the sense of actions. If it’s racist, it’s human racist.
Yeah, but if only certain people get called animals…
Despite being only 13% of the population …
?
Not only did she physically accost the gate agent, she also endangered the health and welfare of her unborn baby…both in her physical attack of the agent and by consuming enough alcohol to not know better.
Disturbed and pregnant and going back to Philly.. cause it aint working here in Atlanta ..
and drinking about it. Poor kid.
Sadly, I suspect there are many women who drink while pregnant.
Hey, look just what I saw today! How appropriate? lol Spirit is advertising mother’s Day special flights from Atlanta to Florida, California, Las Vegas flights starting at $49 though it should be retitled “Fights” from ATL

That’s ironic, lol!
More people like this should procreate-NOT. How about we make retroactive abortion legal.
BTW-I am certain the baby daddy will step forward and be a positive role model…..
I believe in abortion being legal until the 75th trimester.
@ Matthew — I told you it would be fun. 😉
Spirit is a 3rd world airline based on its typical passenger. This just confirms why I will never fly them.
that horrible excuse of a woman should be jailed for life on the basis of drinking while preggo.
Better yet, prosecute her under the new Georgia abortion laws. She’s clearly trying to harm her baby
“shocking”?
No not really. I expect that behavior from americans. Only reason nobody was shot was because of security screening.
It’s always “those people”. ♂️
This person is a patriot! I didn’t read the story, it was about the tourists on Jan 6th right?
Always indeed.

The US has become the Jerry Springer show
May he RIP.
We all know there will be no punishment for this lunatic. Soft on crime pols rule the cities.
Sadly bad behavior accompanies poverty, it also travels with the wealthy. The young ladies actions are unfortunate, tragic, and indicative of society – acting an ass in public. Now I know a lot of you think you’re high class, but your comments are on par with the low rent disciples of Fox News. Yes, I know, a badge of honor.
Of course it’s one of them.
