Prince Harry, The Eco Traveller

I had a good laugh watching a video featuring Prince Harry promoting eco tourism in New Zealand. It’s a nice deflection from the constant barrage of negative news surrounding the Duke of Sussex.

Prince Harry Promotes Eco Tourism In Hilarious Video

The video is really quite humorous, with Prince Harry running into Aotearoa New Zealand Trip Raters, who provide feedback on a range of items including his respect of local culture, consumption of towels, and whether he leaves the tap on while brushing his teeth (which prompts a “how did you know that?” exchange from the Prince that I consider the funniest part of the video).

“You’re supposed to be rating Harry Stylie [Styles]. I’m rating the stylish Harry!”

Eco tourism is more than just tree huggers feeling good about themselves, but big business in 2022. There’s a great deal of money to be made in promoting green tourism as travelers seek to assuage their guilt for flying around the world in polluting aircraft. New Zealand is one of the most beautiful countries in the world in terms of nature and I hope both liberals and conservatives support reasonable efforts to conserve the resources of the beautiful world we are caretakers of.

CONCLUSION

Prince Harry is under a spotlight 24/7 and I tend to cut him more slack than so much of the American and British media. To under constant scrutiny from an obsessive media cannot be easy. Here, we see a nice break from the politics of Meghan Markle and fear the Queen’s Jubilee celebration will be overshadowed by the Sussexes. Kudos to the Prince for helping to promote small steps we can take for the benefit of our posterity.

Prince Harry and that other golddigger elitist he’s married to – the finest couple virtue-signaling has to offer.

Eco Tourism is promoted as future for my community. I’m deeply conflicted as most jobs related to eco tourism are low pay versus careers in forestry (high pay, pension plans) and most people promoting eco tourism (Prince Harry) have no connection to the communities. Sadly third party interventionist who make decisions on behalf of these small communities are never held accountable when they are wrong.

“There’s a great deal of money to be made in promoting green tourism as travelers seek to assuage their guilt for flying around the world in polluting aircraft.” Isn’t that why Harry is there – money? He must be making a nice haul off his “promotion”. Guess Meghan did not go because the camera would not have been only on her.

Harry likely burns more carbon in a month than the average American does in a lifetime. His private jet-setting around the globe — as he lectures US to reduce our carbon footprint — is so richly ironic that it defies easy caricature.

Proving yet again that modern wokeness is truly willful ignorance or a mental disorder. You just cannot make this stuff up. Vain, virtue-signaling, vapid, and vulgar.

About the only best thing anyone can do for the environment is to have no or less kids. The world has too many people. Like parasites we are killing the host, earth, by sucking up its resources faster than it can replenish.

So it is with amusement that one reads up about idiots that popped out multiple kids, now talk about global warming and eco friendliness. People with multiple kids should have to pay higher carbon taxes as penalty to level the field between animals that pop out kids and humans that act civilized.

I again call for castration of anyone with more than two kids and who has ever used goverment help. Losers should not be allowed to pollute this planet with their stupid choices.

It is sooooo easy to promote whatever you want when you were born in a golden crib and never had to work in your entire life. His family inherited money so many generations never worked there. He loves to advocate for climate change but flies all over the place in private jets or first class. Typical elite that wants everyone to do what they say but not what they do.

Wouldn’t the best “eco tourism” be avoiding the greenhouse gases associated with a long haul flight? If green virtue signaling is your thing…

I’ll cut him some slack. At least to him, it’s just a royal family PR assignment. For many, it’s a false religion.

    Not “virtue-signaling.”
    Virtue-practicing.

Harry seems to be an okay bloke but he no doubt inherited the moron gene form somewhere back in the royal line. It’s the gold digging faker wife. Hoping he comes to his senses and moves back home soonest.

how does this make any sense? a tiny candy wrapper is a major eco offense but driving a huge gas vehicle or flying around the world [in a private jet no less] is totally fine?

also great idea for a premise, did the writers watch the recent series of assaults and attacks on celebrities and think, wow we should make a commercial about ambushing a celebrity
