Hot Deal: Business Class From Europe To USA From €1200 R/T

Thinking about a trip to the United States this summer? Why not splurge on business class? If you act now, you will not even pay much more than for an economy class ticket.

Via God Save the Points, Star Alliance is offering a number of incredible deals right now between France and the United States for travel in June, July, and August. Fares start at just 1200EUR R/T…and this is not a mistake fare. Deals are available on Air Canada, Austrian, Lufthansa, SWISS, and United.

For example:

  • €1200 Nice to New York
  • €1225 Paris to Chicago
  • €1250 Paris to Miami
  • €1350 Paris to San Francisco
  • €1350 Paris to Los Angeles
  • €1400 Nice to Seattle

You can find the cheapest prices via Google Flights. I recommend booking directly with your chosen airline. Generally, you’ll need to depart midweek and stay at least five days.

But I Don’t Live in France!

Even if you do not live in France, it still may sense to use miles or buy a cheap ticket to Nice or Paris. With EasyJet and Ryanair putting downward pressure on intra-Europe flights, it is now usually cheaper to fly than take a train.

With the current transfer bonus from Chase Ultimate Rewards to British Airways, you can get to Paris for under 4,000 points.

Even if you live in the USA, consider using points for a one-way ticket to Europe and then booking a return ticket using this deal. Should you end up using only one-way, you’re likely still coming out ahead.

CONCLUSION

We generally see cheaper premium cabin prices during the summer, but this deal is particularly noteworthy since economy class prices often run more than this. If you’re traveling to the USA this summer, take a few moments to check on prices. What amounts to a small upcharge for business class represents a large value.
