Posted on Instagram by users, AFlyGuyTravels and TheCrewLounge, a video alleges that a male AeroMexico flight attendant was using his cell phone to record video up the skirts of unsuspecting boarding female passengers. According to the comments and someone who claims to have recorded the video, this activity was repeated several times. Here’s the clip:

Ambiguous
It’s ambiguous enough that it would be hard to conclude with certainty what was taking place. The critical piece, for me, is that not only does the flight attendant appear to move the camera several times as the passenger moves, but even tilts it at the end as the passenger is no longer directly over the top of the lens.
That said, an argument could be made that he was not recording video or taking photos but it was an issue of a bad shooting angle by the poster. He appears to be doing something at the time and is on the floor staking stock of service carts, it could be that his hand is simply moving awkwardly by accident.
The flight was reported to have been AM520, from Mexico City, D.F. to Cancún Quintana Roo. The flight was historically operated by a 737 MAX 9, but I can’t tell if the video corroborates this.
AeroMexico has stated that does not condone such activity and that they are investigating. The truth is on the phone, even if he later deleted the content.
Conclusion
An Aeromexico flight attendant appears to be filming up the skirt of a female passenger as she boards. Commenters have filled in many of the details but we don’t have clear evidence that the salacious and violating activity in fact took place. That said, a deep dive by a technical forensic scientist could determine whether it took place or not. It’s possible that what is pictured is not actually what the poster claims it to be. It’s also possible that it’s true, in which case, not only should he be fired but also tried in a court of law to face the penalties that await him.

Ladies this is a very good reason to practice the donkey kick exercise. Anyone be squatting behind will quickly understand this is unwelcome.
As what actually happened, who knows but it is never polite to get in his position.
The FA hand movements are deliberate and in the sane direction as the passenger is walking. He is filming her by his intentional eye hand coordination. He needs to be spoken to and given opportunity to view this video and explain his intentions.

There is no “ambiguity” based on the video. Pervs will be pervs. Hopefully he is confronted and fired.
