Flight Attendant Arrested For Battering Husband…After She Caught Him In Bed With Another Woman

An Allegiant flight attendant has been arrested for giving her cheating husband a black eye and smashing his guitar, after coming home to find him engaged in congress with another woman. If I’m on the jury, there is no way I’m convicting the woman.

Allegiant Flight Attendant Batters Her Cheating Husband

Nicole Denison, 29, returned to her Tampa home to find her husband engaged in physical relations with another woman. Unsurprisingly, she took issue with the tryst and promptly attacked her 34-year-old husband.

First she punched him in his left eye, which quickly left a black eye as evidence. She also bruised his arm and scratched his forehead. Then she took his acoustic guitar and smashed it against the wall, destroying the guitar, leaving a gaping hole in the wall, and knocking down the shelving in the adjoining closet. #AnimalHouse

She was arrested for domestic battery and has already been released. No restraining order has been filed against her, so maybe the two lovebirds will try to patch things up. The police report suggests that Denison may have been under the influence of alcohol when she returned home (hopefully not from her flight…).

I’m Supporting Flight Attendant

As a general principle, violence should be reserved for self-defense. But I find myself just saying, “You go girl!” as I read this story. My wife had the same reaction. There’s probably some backstory if she was out drinking and he was home alone, but nothing justifies marital infidelity. The couple have been married for three years and have two children. Obviously this wasn’t an “open” marriage.

CONCLUSION

This is a clickbait story, but it’s also a very sad story. No spouse should have to walk home and find their partner in bed with another person. If this matter ever went to trial and I sat on the jury, I would find it difficult to come down hard on Denison.

Jurors have to follow the law. I’m guessing you wouldn’t be selected lol. But I agree

Err, it says “…Batters Her Cheating Husbands”

More than 1 husband? How many? She beat them all? Were they in congress with each other when caught?

    Sorry, couldn’t help it 🙂

What a load of crap. If this story was reversed, with the husband battering the wife, you’d be calling for his head. The law applies equally to everyone, she deserves what she gets.

Actually, I would not be calling for his head if he did the same thing were the roles reversed…

Not everything has to be equal. There are some double standards in society that are actually okay to have.

“engaged in congress with another woman”

Someone is really benefiting from his Thesaurus Word of the Day app…

“I would find it difficult to come down hard on Denison.”

Would you feel the same if a husband came home, found his wife in bed with someone else, and started beating on her?

That’s what Congress does all the time, commit congress! For example, the $600 extra unemployment benefits end today. Republicans want $200, Democrats want the full $600. Republicans say many people are getting more in unemployment than if they worked so they are staying home. Democrats just want the full $600.

Congress should stop congressing (use of word like in this story) and do what both sides agree to, which is $200, and then have a marathon session to discuss the remaining $400. But noooo, politicians don’t give a rat’s A… or a Sh…. about Americans.

I have to give Gary Leff credit for introducing me to that term (in that context). He uses it without fail in every mile high club post!

I will have to disagree. A black eye can, in some cases, lead to permanent blindness. What if a man came home to find his wife in a situation similar to the story and then used a knife to cut off a body part, say a breast or an arm? Or gouged out her eyes? For clickbait, what if the man were Muslim?

No, given the facts in the story and some assumptions, I might, as a juror, convict. However, the woman would have an advantage in a divorce proceeding.

Domestic violence is wrong. End of story. Let a woman have an excuse and men will have excuses to beat up their wives.

I wonder how this woman treats her passengers on Allegiant? Carry on baggage too big so it’s an excuse for her to smack you on the head as long as she doesn’t fracture your skull? Or a kid is kicking the seat repeatedly so she has the right to scratch the kid’s face so there’s a little blood, just not a lot of blood?

The woman should be convicted of some domestic violence law but also be awarded the house in a divorce. That’s a possible road to justice.

I am assuming the other woman was hot as hell and worth it because his wife looks fantastic. He now won’t probably have either.

I’m trying to figure out why you posted this. Just because the person who happened to do this was a flight attendant? What on earth does this add to your site? would you post if it was a waitress who did the same thing to her cheating husband? An accountant? A lawyer? Very perplexed and really doesnt provide any useful insight into the industry.

Because the story caught my eye and because I found her reaction justified.

As a person who has been cheated on, he is lucky. This is nothing to take lightly nor is this funny. Speaking from experience, this is traumatic and excruciating. He is damn lucky. I hope she gathers the strength to get the divorce over and come out ahead. It hurts like hell and having to kick your wife of 17 years out is very painful (yep, I did). She will be able to move on to be with a better person in time, hopefully. I know I did.

What a joke. Great move coppers. Not!
Women, since time immemorial, have been beaten, too many to death & neighbors nor the cops would lift a finger. Cops, in many states still won’t arrest the male batterer even w/his wife beaten to s#!t
    The War on Women continues.

You are absolutely mad. How on earth should innocent men alive today be responsible for the violence now deceased men committed historically? If this is what the world is coming to (and it looks like it is), it will end very badly for all (yes you too).
