This year, FTU will be held just a short walk from Seattle-Tacoma International Airport:

22406 Pacific Hwy S, Des Moines, WA 98198

Now through 04/09/24, you can save $2o off the price of the weekend

  • $2o off with code MK20OFFSEA until 11:59 PM PST April 9, 2024, lowering the ticket cost to just $129
    • Note that FTU members cannot stack this discount with their annual $50 in-person event discount
  • Your ticket includes a pizza dinner on Friday night and lunch on Saturday

The schedule is subject to change, of course, but I think it represents a great balance of topics and it is nice to see the varied line-up of speakers speaking this year.

Whether you’re an expert or just starting out in this great game of miles, points, and manufactured spending, consider spending a couple days in Seattle this May. It would be my pleasure to meet you there.

I realize it is not on-purpose, but without fail every year the dates of FTU are announced and I have a conflict.

Which got me thinking, has FTU ever thought about streaming the event for those who cannot attend in person?

    Thanks

Awe and I have a conflict. Sad because I once again miss my opportunity to introduce myself and share my hilarious wit in person.

As a local, the Four Points is certainly not a “short walk” from the airport, you’d need to take a shuttle or Uber/Lyft. It would be a 45-60 minute walk along a 4 lane highway through a relatively unsavory area.

I SO wanted to attend, but I have an unavoidable conflict. Maybe the next one! I do wish they would publish all the next year’s dates at one time.
