My weeks are never quiet with a five-month old, but this was about as quiet a week I could have hoped for. No travel and I did not stray (too) far from home. Next week, a change of venue for the next several weeks as Heidi, Augustine and I travel to Germany to spend time with the other side of the family.
We are having some upgrade issues on the trip. Flying 10hr with the little one will be bad enough. Let’s hope it is not in economy class…(though I am sure the upstairs passengers will be relived if we wind up in the back).
The big news this week was the unveiling of Qatar’s cutting-edge new QSuite Business Class. I am very impressed by it and wrote about it here as well as how you can use your miles to (eventually) redeem for it here.
