Greetings from Vienna, Austria: one of my favorite cities in the world.

It has been both a busy but relaxing weekend. I’m anxious to get back to my wife and son, but trying to make the most of my time here before more meetings this week. If you have not been to Vienna, add it to your list. Austrian Airlines is great and Vienna is one of the most beautiful, cleanest cities in the world.

A family was kicked off a Delta flight due to a misunderstanding over seating. I don’t condone the horrid threat that their children would be separated for not complying, but there reaches a point in which discussion must end. In that sense, I did side with Delta in that the family was uncooperative and refused to be reasoned with (even if they did when it was too late). Delta later apologized to the family.
