A pleasant Sunday evening to you from Germany. I’m wrapping up a trip and looking forward to spending the next few weeks in California.
The big news last week, at least in my mind, was Hyatt’s new status fast track promotion–only 20 nights will get you top-tier Globalist status. I argue the promotion is fair while Kyle points out Hyatt’s tendency to “overcorrect”.
We also learned that Alaska and Singapore Airlines will partner and an airline boarding pass is no longer required to clear security at Pittsburgh.
In the coming week I hope to finish my 2017 Lucky trip report and move on to my recent trip on Aerolineas Argentinas, Air Europa, and Alitalia.
