If you’re arriving into Terminal 2 at London Heathrow with a Priority Pass card, stop by the Plaza Premium Arrivals Lounge for coffee or a meal after your flight.
This lounge is geared nicely for economy class travelers. Instead of waking up to eat the meager pre-arrival breakfast and wretched excuse for coffee, just sleep in and enjoy a nice cup of coffee and breakfast here. A shower as well if you want it.
I suppose that same logic applies to all classes of travel and it’s a great benefit in particular if you wish to maximize sleep onboard.
After entering the UK and walking through baggage claim, you’ll see the lounge outside (near the United Arrivals Lounge).
This is a much smaller lounge than the departures lounge in Terminal 2. The lounge includes a large room with a seating and dining area and long bar. Food and drink can be ordered from the bar (menu below).
Several UK power ports are available throughout the lounge.
The cappuccino was so enjoyable…I had three.
Showers are available (and complimentary for Priority Pass cardholders). Sleeping room and massages are also available, though those cost extra. Separate restrooms are located behind the dining room.
Which is better, the United Arrivals Lounge or this one? I prefer United, but the Plaza Premium Lounge is much easier to gain access to.
