Why Was A Porn Star Escorted Off A United Flight?

A porn star was escorted by police off a United Airlines flight after she disregarded crew member instructions to make a statement on the death of George Floyd.

Australian pornographic actress (allegedly…I didn’t verify) Elle Knox was returning home to Australia, flying Houston to Sydney on United via San Francisco. Moments after her first flight landed at SFO, she stood up to address the aircraft.

“This isn’t my country, I’m an Australian. But I’ve noticed your democracy being threatened. Do not be complacent. Decide what side of history you’d like to be on.”

Flight attendants admonished her to sit down since the aircraft was taxiing and the seatbelt light was on. She initially refused, putting the safety of others in jeopardy. Law enforcement officials were summoned and met the aircraft, escorting her off.

She apparently apologized and was allowed to continue to Sydney. A happy ending…

Addressing the incident, United said:

“United flight 1853 from Houston to San Francisco on June 1 was met by law enforcement because this customer refused to follow strict crewmember instructions about standing up while our flight attendants were in their jump seats and the aircraft was taxiing on the runway. Law enforcement involvement was entirely due to the safety and security of the passengers, crew, and the aircraft itself. After speaking with the customer regarding this incident – who later apologized for her actions – she was allowed to continue her journey to Sydney.”

Knox added:

I was told I couldn’t make a political statements on a United Airline, I told them this was a Human Rights statement.

CONCLSUION

I’ve written twice about my feelings surrounding the death of George Floyd and understand that emotions are strong. Charitably we could say she felt a hard urge to release her viewpoints. On the other hand, perhaps we should be shaming her for using Black Lives Matter as a stunt to gain publicity…

She was booted from a United flight for disrupting it and turning the flight into a political convention. When I travel, I want to relax and am concerned with being safe and having as nice of an experience as possible. I don’t want someone disrupting the flight with political commentary or discussing causes. Leave that for Twitter.

She should’ve gone to the White House to collect her $130,000 stimulus check from Donald Trump!

An aircraft (where passengers cannot avoid others via disembarking, at least until the craft has reached it’s destination) is definitely no place to hold others hostage to one’s unsolicited/ disruptive speech. Many (if not all) boarded that flight for other reasons than to hear her sermons. If she was familiar with our 1st Amendment law, then she might know that we (and U.S. carriers) give equal weight for individuals to avoid unwanted speech and not just broad freedom TO speak & express one’s self.

She should’ve gone to West Hollywood to collect her key to the City from the Democrat Mayor!

Democracy is being threatened, sure: by lawless rioters, looters, and low information citizens acting purely on emotion and anger. Now sit down and shut up, you narcissistic dimwit. I don’t get my political views from people with no other life skill than selling their body.

@ Jackson Henderson: Well said. I totally agree with your comments. I was thinking either she was looking for attention and/or advertising (as nobody knows her) OR she was on drug.

I though she might have been referring to the incident in Minneapolis where a black officer killed a white Australian lady trying to report a possible sexual assault. That incident in 2017 (the killing of Justine Damond) cost Minneapolis $20 million in settlement. You see in Minneapolis you don’t need to be a black male crime suspect to get killed by the police. Heck, you don’t even have to be a citizen. The police up in Minneapolis are mighty democratic when it comes to killing people of any sex or color.

The flight attendants should have told her it’s not a democracy, but a representative republic, and to enjoy figuring out how to get to her destination using another carrier.

The important part of the story was in the end it was a “happy ending!”

Her tuchas should have been removed from the flight; passengers have been booted off commercial flights for even lesser offenses.

Coward. She should have said (using most of her words)…

“This isn’t my country, I’m an Australian. But I’ve noticed your democracy being threatened. Do not be complacent. Decide what side of history you’d like to be on. To persuade you to do so, I will now show you what I show my porn fans……ooh, ahh, ….ohh, ahh” and then start unbuttoning.

I just googled her. Fake news. She is not a porn star. She tweets racy photos. She might have been trying to promote her name.
