Singapore Airlines has announced that it will discount 170,000 tickets next month, including a sale on business class tickets. Scoot tickets will be discounted as well.

Singapore Airlines Fare Sale (Including Economy, Premium Economy, Business Class) Launches On November 3, 2023

Details are light at this point, but to commemorate the upcoming Fly Travel Fair in Singapore, Singapore Airlines announced a fare sale will launch on November 3, 2023 in which 170,000 round-trip tickets will be discounts.

Here’s what we know so far:

  • The fare sale will launch on November 3, 2023 and run through November 16, 2023
  • Discounted travel must take place between January and September 2024
  • The sale is for both Singapore Airlines and Scoot, the carrier’s budget arm

How big of a discount will be offered? It remains to be seen.

Will longhauls be on sale too? Likely.

We have a clue from Lee Lik Hsin, Singapore Airlines’ Chief Commercial Officer:

“Our biggest Time to Fly travel fair offers customers attractive discounts on 170,000 round-trip SIA tickets and 200,000 one-way Scoot tickets, from Singapore to around the world. SIA and Scoot are pleased to offer our customers greater options and value as they make their travel and holiday plans for 2024, and as we return to pre-pandemic levels of operations.”

Based on his “around the world” comment it appears likely that the sale will not simply be regional, though it may require originating in Singapore.

If you happen to be in Singapore in person, Singapore Airlines will also be selling tickets directly (and offering other goodies) at the Suntec Singapore Convention and Exhibition Centre from 03-05 November. So-called “lucky draw prizes” will include pairs of business class tickets to a number of destinations.

CONCLUSION

We’ll update this post once we have more details, but wanted to put it on your radar now just in case you are considering a trip on Singapore Airlines next year. If so and you can plan ahead, next month may be the ideal time to buy.

Hope to grab a discounted EWR-SIN in PE (solo seat in the back of the ULR A350) round-trip.
