United Airlines is adding several flights to and from Minneapolis for Super Bowl LII early next month.

United already flies into Minneapolis 26 times each day from its hubs around the country. Just for the “Big Game” weekend, United is adding 16 additional flights, including some non-hub to non-hub flying. The includes flights to/from MSP and:

  • Boston
  • Philadelphia
  • Providence, Rhode Island

Boston, home of the New England Patriots, will even get a 777.

Here’s a look at all 16 new flights. These new flights are already bookable on united.com (and aren’t cheap…).

CONCLUSION

While airlines tend to do this sort of thing around Super Bowl games each year, I still find it hard to fathom 777s from Boston to Minneapolis on United.

I live in Minneapolis. $4,600 for the cheapest ticket for the Super Bowl. Also heard a Days Inn is asking $700 for a room. I will watch from my couch and will stay away as far as I can from downtown. Go Patriots!!!!!!
