United Airlines is running a great promo to introduce flyers to its new Polaris Lounge in San Francisco. For just 2,500 you can experience the new lounge on April 27, 2018.

2,500 miles gets you a two-hour visit with food and beverage included. The lounge will be fully operational, so this won’t just be a grand opening party.

Use one of the links below to register.

  • MileagePlus Exclusives (sold out)
  • Cardmember (for United branded credit card holders from Chase)
  • Premier (for United MileagePlus elite members)

If you are local and do not have a flight on April 27, United will issue you a gate pass.

The United Polaris lounges features our pre-flight dining option, which includes a menu developed by award-winning chef Art Smith, an extensive buffet with hot and cold selections and table service. Pair your meal with your beverage of choice, with options including specially curated wines, premium spirits, craft brews and handcrafted cocktails.

Access to the lounge is typically only available to customers traveling in United Polaris business class or United Polaris first class on long-haul international flights may access the lounge before departure, during connections or upon arrival. Customers traveling in international first or business class cabins on Star Alliance™ partner airlines may also access the lounge only at the airport of their international departure.

Since there are so few slots remaining, I’m just going to leave it at that.

Hurry up and book! As of noon PT, there are still openings.

My buddy, is it really necessary to spend 2 hours in a lounge? The food is not all that spectacular! Stop wasting your time!

Can my annual United club pass provide access to the United Polaris Lounge at SFO?

Also, can a star alliance gold member (and United Platinum) access the U Polaris Lounge with a guess when traveling on Singapore airline from SFO since the SIN lounge is closed?

Hi Jimmy, your annual club will not allow you access to the United Polaris Lounge.

If you are flying on Singapore Airlines in business or first class, you can use the Polaris Lounge. If economy, only the United Club.
