Chris Christie will not become the GOP presidential nominee and he’s not even practically pursuing it. Instead, he sees his role as serving as a foil to derail Donald Trump from becoming president again. And that apparently is hard work, judging by how quickly Christie passed out in his first class seat on a regional jet.

As noted by View From The Wing, Heather Mullins noticed the former New Jersey governor and his wife on her flight, then noticed how the governor quickly passed out. Keeping up with the bombastic ex-President, now facing multiple criminal indictments, is hard work!

Describing his campaign, Christie has said:

Mullins did not only heap scorn, praising him for holding his wife’s hand:

Deep in the last election season, I was on a fairly empty flight (AUS-ELP) in which Beto O’Rourke happened to be a passenger. I saw him speaking on the phone outside of the AC, I asked his aide when he’d be done, and she told me to say ‘hi’ on the plane. I assumed he’d be up front with me, but he wasn’t. I had to walk back to Y to introduce myself. Personally, I don’t have an issue with pols flying up front. It’s just interesting to me seeing who chooses to, and who chooses not to. Beto’s upgrade certainly would have cleared on this flight, but he probably prefers to be seen in the back.
Since his short stint in the House, Beto hasn’t had any luck getting upgraded.
