Hot Deal: JetBlue Mint Transcontinental From $299

I recently reviewed JetBlue’s updated Mint product and fell in love with JetBlue all over again. Easily the best domestic premium product, JetBlue is practically giving away tickets in Mint Class next year with a fire sale from Seattle.

JetBlue Mint – $299 Transcontinental Sale

Seattle is a competitive airport, with Alaska, American, and Delta all fighting for dominance. Typically it is JetBlue who is the fare disrupter for premium cabins in a region, but credit goes to Alaska Airlines here. It is pricing its transcontinental flights to Boston and New York at $279 each way in business class (forget upgrading at those prices…).

JetBlue has matched and is offering its own flights for $299 one-way in business class. While Alaska Airlines offers a standard recliner seat with limited legroom and limited meal service on its transcontinental flights, JetBlue offers lie-flat beds, craft cocktails, multi-course meals, and delectable espresso. Folks, this is being offered a Nissan and Mercedes at the same price. Take JetBlue!

The fare sale runs through the end of June. Come July, the fares pop back up to $599 one-way (hope springs eternal…). Nearly every day is available during the spring and early summer:

While I would not necessarily wait to book these, the fares the been around for several days:

JetBlue Mint now as low as $299 on multiple transcon routes, $591 round trip, plenty of availability. Boston to Seattle bookable to end of June. I am seeing BOS-LAS, BOS-SEA, and JFK-SEA. @LiveandLetsFly @iTripReport @NeilPTurner @skibo75 @JebBrooks pic.twitter.com/NGmweSZi5J

CONCLUSION

JetBlue offers a wonderful product and the $299 price tag cannot be beat. For those in Seattle, enjoy these fare wars!

The problem is that they’ve been cancelling these flights often so route isn’t stable
