Monumental Reprimand Of “River Rat” Thrown Off Frontier Airlines Flight

A woman thrown off a Frontier Airlines flight over a seating issue was given a monumental dress down by an angry fellow passenger as she left the aircraft, including being accused of “smelling like a river rat.”

Just Another Frontier Airlines Flight: Passenger Dresses Down Woman Who Smells Like A “River Rat” And Has A Wig Held By “Elmer’s Glue”

We don’t have much info on the flight, but we know it was a 1.) Frontier Airlines flight that was 2.) departing from St. Louis (STL).  Something happened onboard that prompted the removal of a woman wtih blonde hair. The cameras started rolling as she was waiting for the aircraft door to open so she could exit the aircraft.

Folks, some mornings I just need a good laugh and I got it here. This is classic and I love how this passenger just let it rip and probably expressed what so many onboard were thinking.

“Get your cockamamie a** off this plane!”

“You should have got your a** off the plane when you was talking about a seat, smelling like a river rat!”

“Get your nasty a** smelly a** self off this plane before your wig falls off! What you got it glued it? With Elmer’s glue?”

“You about to have a medical emergency girl!”

I wonder if the issue was concerning payment over something? At one point, the Aunty says, “I have an American Express in my pocket” which may suggest that the blonde woman tried to upgrade to an extra legroom seat or do something onboard that required more money that she either did not have or refused to pay.

Frankly, it does not matter. What matters was this absolutely classic dressing down by the Aunty…it is classic.

The best part is how casual the crew is. The FA just casually tapping buttons on the plane interface, calling on the phone, waiting for door one to be opened..then the cockpit door opens—all’s good in here, just another normal day.

I would imagine Spirit crew members encounter something like this so often, they become blasé.
Just get the PAX off the jet and move on….

Seriously. A good example of non-reaction. Have not flown Frontier or Spirit and hope to keep it that way. Good to know that they can reopen the door after it’s closed though lol

Way to go Klint. You have no idea what this woman did wrong but you are carrying on like a jackass at a Jerry Springer show.

You amd the loud-mouthed passenger lack class as well.

There are many uses for this word but in the south primarily used for dramatic woman. Idk if that is how Matt was using it or not though.

      Auntie
A woman who throws shade at any given time under the guise that what she is saying is supposed to be a compliment or helpful to you-when in actuality they just throwing shade to bring more attention themselves

      In a sentence
“Every time we go out Annette acts like a total auntie! She can’t just say you look nice-she has to tell you she wouldn’t wear that.”

Matthew, I enjoy reading your blog from time to time, but I think you’re way over the line highlighting the very poor treatment this young lady received on this flight.

She appears thoroughly embarrassed and seems to be doing her best to try to keep it together while she waits to be offloaded. She’s not violent or aggressive in any way as they’re accusing her of being from “East Saint” (East St. Louis – a largely black and poor/disadvantaged community just east of St. Louis on the Illinois side of the Mississippi River).

We have no idea what she did (maybe she really didn’t do anything wrong at all). While watching someone be lambasted by an “Auntie” as you call it may be entertaining to some, this is really hard for me to watch.

My impression is that your write-up of the story is fairly unprofessional, and I was really surprised by it. I thought you were much more mature than this, but as written, it’s almost as though you would have been one of the passengers on the plane egging on the “Auntie” just like the rest of the crowd on this flight.

But at the same time the hilarity of it all overcame your points quite quickly. Of course when really doing an analysis many of your points about her are valid. But it was just the drama of it all which prompted many pieces on this occurrence

It sounds like several people inside that aircraft were giving tribute to honor the legacy of Jerry Springer who passed away that same day
