The United Airlines family again bonded together to give a proper sendoff to a pilot who died far too young.
Last month I wrote about United Airlines’ moving tribute to Captian Sean Archuleta, who died in the Atlas Flight 3591 crash in February. Archuleta had been a pilot for Mesa, one of United’s regional subsidiaries, but had just been hired by United as a mainline pilot and was due to report for training just days after the deadly accident.
United presented his widow with United wings and epaulets. Furthermore, a chair was left vacant in his honor during his training class. These small gestures represented an immense measure of respect and a vivid demonstration of compassion.

The Pilot Wife Life shares of Archuleta’s “last leg home” in which his ashes were reunited with his widow in Bogota, Colombia.
Pictures show a solemn procession in Houston prior to the flight, a moment of silence with ground staff, pilots, and flight attendants, and a water cannon salute prior to takeoff. Archuleta was assigned seat 22A for the flight to BOG.

Lets mourn american pilot…. But also, lets blame ethiopian and lion pilot, because they purposedly killed all of their passenger by not understanding how the mighty plane works, as written by some anonimous pilot….

that Pilot was a United Pilot, Nobody got killed on a United flight, So really? Why would we mourn want happened on an Ethiopian flight just because is happened on a Boeing??
