An Artist’s Take on a Red Eye Flight

Matthew Klint Posted onAugust 6, 2010 2 Comments

Christoph Neimann, a blogger/artist for the NY Times, recently sketched out a visual diary of his red eye flight from New York to Berlin (via London).

I love all varieties of trip reports, but I’ve never seen one like this. Each sketch is humorous yet profound. The story he tells will no doubt make anyone who has had the (mis)fortune of flying a red eye in economy class smile.

    Hilarious–and alot of truth, too!

I’ve also contemplated the little hole in the window, too. I just never drew a picture of it, but again then I can’t draw!

Wow that was fantastic! I’m normally not a “forwarder” but I’ve sent this link to a couple of flying friends. He has an eye for the reality of things, and for that he’s brilliant.
