It’s a beautiful summer evening in Los Angeles and I’ve spent the day with family and friends. My thanks to Kyle and Carly for giving me the chance to take a break on Sundays.
Over the last week, we’ve seen a Sun Country challenge to Alaska Airlines in Portland, re-shuffling of Singapore service on United, and seen a flight attendant brazenly attack a passenger for complaining about onboard service on Twitter.
This week, I’ll be starting a multi-part review of my latest trip to Italy and Germany. It will include a pair of unusual hotel reviews for this blog, including a boutique hotel in Florence.
