Ahead of his flight from Seattle (SEA) to Dallas – Fort Worth (DFW), a man began yelling, “Sieg heil!” (hail victory) and “heil Hilter!” (hail Hitler). He then called for a race war…all in a crowded gate area.
His antics were captured on mobile phone video and posted to Instagram:

I love how the American Airlines agent seems to calmly pick up his walkie-talkie and call in the issue. You don’t engage people like that directly…it could be dangerous.
Shortly thereafter, police officers showed up and arrested him (he resisted arrest and was filmed screaming as he was being held down about how his rights were violated):

This is all so sad. Sometimes it is hard to discern whether someone is driven to seek attention or a “true believer” in a perverse ideology like Neo Nazism. This guy sounds like the latter, which represents a tragic amalgamation of hate, ignorance, and indecency.
As he is being arrested, he asks are free speech rights gone in America? No, they are not…you are free to express a myriad of viewpoints, even vile and objectionable ones. But when you call for violence in a crowded gate area, that goes beyond speech and such incitement to violence constitutes valid grounds for his arrest.
I truly hope a court orders him to seek help for his serious mental challenges and then follows up to ensure he is following through.

A man is filmed going ballistic at SeaTac, perhaps because he was flying Basic Economy on American Airlines and was asked to check his bag? (this is pure conjecture). But his raving lunacy is no laughing matter and such sentiment must be condemned by all of good character.

I cannot recount how many times people in the US have greeted me with a “HH” and the outstretched arm once they understood I am of German nationality. Sometimes even in public spaces / at public events. Many of these were college educated, professional degree holders and often placed in positions of influence & authority in academia and industry. Most of them were surprised when I voiced my disgust and opposition to this behaviour & the beliefs it represents. And a few seemed to have an affinity for Hitler’s crimes. It’s not just a deranged individual, poking fun (at best) or truly believing in nazism (at worst) is a constant companion on my travels to the US & to a lesser extend Canada, the source of which I have yet to undercover. Perhaps it’s the fascination with Evil Germany in Hollywood movies & US video games. Or perhaps it’s something more deep seated and pathological.
Consider removing the salute video from your posting…it only adds notoriety and attention to him which he wants.
