One-Way Star Alliance Awards Coming Tomorrow on United Airlines

Matthew Klint Posted onOctober 29, 2010 Leave a Comment

As I mentioned a couple weeks ago, United is on the brink of an announcement introducing one-way Star Alliance (and perhaps partner) awards. It is still not clear whether stopovers will remain on round-trip awards, Star and partner flights will be available on the same itinerary, and whether StarNet blocking will remain, but we’ll soon find out. On Flyertalk, one member reported that he was already able to book a one-way South Asia-Europe award this evening.

Stay tuned for an announcement tomorrow. As soon as the news breaks, you can read about it here.
