Seattle has a great coffee culture and there is no dearth of options at Seattle-Tacoma International Airport (SEA), including several airline lounges.
Best Coffee In Seattle-Tacoma International Airport (SEA)
During my layover in Seattle, I hunted down the best airport coffee and was pleased with where I ended up. SeaTac has no shortage of coffee options, including several “hometown” Starbucks Coffee outlets, not that you’d ever find me there.
Options include Caffé Darte, which looks respectable:

and Caffe Vita, which also looks nice:

But I ended up at Floret Café, which is located in the A Concourse and open daily from 4:30 am to 8:00 pm.

There was a long line for to-go coffee:

But I sat down in the dining area at the bar, bypassing the line and enjoying my cortado in a “real” cup, not a paper one.

The barista messed up the latte art, but this was a very good and satisfying mid-morning cup of coffee and I would return.
Unlike some airports, there are excellent airline lounge coffee options as well. In fact, the best airport coffee at SEA (as far as I am concerned) is located in a Delta lounge. The Delta One Lounge serves excellent coffee from Umbria (the Delta Sky Clubs just serve Starbucks):

Umbria Coffee was opened in 2002 in Seattle by a third-generation Italian roaster, Emanuele Bizzarri.

Finally, the Alaska Airlines Lounges also serve excellent Stumptown Coffee including barista coffee in the N Concourse lounge.

CONCLUSION
SEA not only has many coffee options, but many excellent options. I like Stumptown Coffee very much, which is available both in Alaska Airlines lounges and at a place called Floret. My favorite, though, is the Umbria Coffee served in the Delta One Lounge. You can get your caffeine fix at many outlets…and yes, there are plenty of Starbucks too, but may I suggest you branch out and try something more unique?
