I do not particularly care for Lufthansa’s International First Class product in the air. I have been on four flights in LH F the last 14 months and I was not impressed with the overcooked food, outdated seat, or lilliputian IFE monitor. Yet, Lufthansa’s stellar First Class ground service continues to bring me back to them. My favorite part of that ground service is the breakfast buffet in the First Class Lounges or First Class Terminal at Frankfurt.

Breakfast is my favorite meal of the day and Lufthansa’s breakfast buffet rivals some of the finest five-star hotels in the world. The picture below is from my last visit to Frankfurt in July. You do not have to travel to Frankfurt or Munich to get a good omelet, but if you’re ever there I doubt you’ll find a better one than in a Lufthansa lounge.
