I returned to Stephanie’s for another meal and walked away quite disappointed…though the food was not the problem.
Stephanie’s Boston Logan Airport Review, A Priority Pass Restaurant
We’re in a tight labor market and it seems that restaurants are really feeling the pinch. The restaurant was woefully understaffed with one poor waiter taking care of everyone (and there were at least a dozen tables occupied). That’s simply too much to ask.
I had breakfast at Stephanie’s in Terminal B after my United redeye from Los Angeles to London. While I was (eventually) continuing on to Zurich that night (14 hours later), my inbound boarding pass from Los Angeles was sufficient to utilize my Priority Pass benefit ($28 credit for priority Pass Select members via Chase Sapphire Reserve or Citi Prestige).
Google the menu here and you will not receive an accurate indicator of current pricing. In our inflation-fueled economy, prices have gone up quite a bit over the last couple years.

I was excited to see a nice coffee machine at the bar, but was told there was no one to run it…
The regular coffee tased like brown water. I ordered an omelet with with ham cheese.
The omelet was not great…too greasy for my taste and the diced industrial-grade ham was still cold. At least the fruit bowl was nice.
I moved to the United Club for a much better cup of coffee.
Hopefully Stephanie’s has sorted out its staffing issues. The food, coffee, and service were all unmemorable and I do not plan to return, at least for breakfast.

If you’re in the mood for a heartier meal than what might be available in an airline lounge, Stephanie’s Restaurant at Boston Logan Airport (BOS) is a solid choice. There are two locations, one in Terminal B and the other in Terminal E, and both are Priority Pass restaurants.

Stephanie’s is part of the Priority Pass network and offers Citi, Capital One, or Chase-affiliated Priority Pass Select membership a $28/person restaurant credit (for up to two people) – this benefit is not available with American Express-issued Priority Pass memberships.
You’ll find one location in Terminal B opposite Gate B24 and the other, where I ate, in Terminal E, opposite gate E7. The restaurants are open from 7:00 am – 10:00 pm daily.
There was a line of seven people outside when I arrived, about 2:00 pm, but I only had to wait about five minutes to be seated.
Here is the food and drink menu, which includes a large selection of wines, beer, and spirits as well as soups, salads, burgers, sandwiches, and even steak or salmon.
Prices are on the high side – a cocktail and steak will more than double your Priority Pass allowance.
My waitress showed up within moments of me sitting down, which greatly impressed me. But what impressed me even more was that five minutes later my food was served. I ordered a bacon cheeseburger and it came out quickly and was very flavorful. I also noticed that the beef was leaner than what you often receive in a restaurant hamburger.
I ordered a salad with it in place of French Fries…not that the meal suddenly became healthy.
What I’ll do at a Priority Pass restaurant is ask for the bill immediately when the food is served. That way, I don’t have to chase the waiter or waitress down later. I doubt that would have been a problem here, but it was nice to square the bill (there was no charge, but I left a tip on my credit card) so there was no waiting and wasted time after I ate.
CONCLUSION
Stephanie’s is recommended at Boston Logan Airport. I’ll be back (hope to try breakfast next time) and recommend it as a superior option to the Priority Pass lounges at BOS.
We were just there 12 days ago and there was a sign at the entrance that said No Priority Pass customers at this location. We were a bit disappointed. We ate there, but we were not able to take advantage our car. We did no curation it because we wanted to have a nice vacation. Thoughts?
You were at the Terminal E or Terminal B location?
Terminal E is not a Priority Pass option, only “B”. We are BOS based. Stephanie’s is indeed a great Priority Pass option in “B”.
I just ate in E. It was certainly a Priority Pass restaurant when I was there a couple weeks ago.
Great news! I was last there in June, so this is a somewhat recent addition. Lounge Buddy app is still only showing Stephanies being an option in “B”. Priority Pass app shows it.
No vegetarian options except for salad.
Why don’t many restaurants carry vegetarian entree options? Is it not considered as food in US?? At least in airports when the purpose is to cater to global public.
There’s macaroni and cheese and a Beyond Burger, both of which are vegetarian
This is the best option at Terminal E. If I were Massport I’d be embarrassed by the food offerings at such a large international terminal. They can’t even get a major-brand coffee shop. Hopefully the expansion brings better food options. I like quick service, but a restaurant burger coming out in five minutes means it was probably cooked beforehand and sitting around in a steam tray. That’s quality that doesn’t justify the price tag.
Boston has a Starbucks in every terminal. Including terminal E.
I’ve eaten and enjoyed PP breakfast at Stephanie’s. BOS is my home airport and I recently had an early morning flight. Stephanie’s Term B is supposed to open at 5 am so we were there waiting to eat right away before our 6:30 flight. 5 am came and went and by 5:30 they were still closed but employees were inside. I asked when they would open and they said they didn’t know. We ended up standing in a long line for regular to go breakfast. Very disappointed.

I miss the days of PP restaurant staff pushing bottles of wine ToGo on customers to ensure they used the full benefit.
AMEX got exactly what they deserve when they failed to realize we are all a bunch of greedy hustlers in this game. And proud of it!
@matthew speaking of tips, is it possible to tip at a Polaris Lounge restaurant with a credit card? I asked one of the check in agents at SFO last week and they said they didn’t think so but they weren’t sure. I feel bad not tipping but I don’t carry cash.

Logan is my home airport. I generally don’t eat at the airport, but my next flight has me there at lunchtime. Every time I go, nearly always out of terminal E, I look at Stephanie’s menu, and the prices just stun me. My next flight is to SFO on United , first non transatlantic I’ve taken in years. Guess I’ll have to eat somewhere! Maybe not Stephanie’s. If anyone has a recommendation for Terminal B I’d like to hear it.
Stephanie’s in Terminal E DOES NOT accept priority pass select. Despite it saying so on the website, the server denied it, saying they do not accept it. This was of course after we ordered and then he scurried off before giving us a chance to change our minds. I’m not sure if I was being profiled or if he was afraid he wouldn’t get as good a tip (quite the opposite- if my meal is free, I’m tipping well), but this was unacceptable. You need to change this info on the website since priority pass does not work here.

Horrible experience at terminal E, Son ate an awful-looking Steak and fries, but he was so hungry, hours later arriving in Germany he started vomiting and was ill for several days.
