Foolhardy Woman Solicits United Airlines First Class Passengers For “Rich Husband” As Flight Attendant And Captain Look On

A foolhardy woman was permitted to solicit the first class cabin of her United Airlines flight in search of a “rich husband” as a flight attendant and the captain looked on with a big grin. While doubtlessly a joke, it is a joke in poor taste.

Love Is In The Air-Bus? United Airlines Passenger Canvasses First Class Cabin For A “Rich Husband”

A short Tik Tok video has gone viral of a woman entering the first class cabin of a United Airlines flight (it appears to be an Airbus A319 or A320) holding up a sign saying, “Looking for a rich husband” along with a QR code to scan for more information about her.

Apparently, with the blessing of the flight attendant (and perhaps the captain too, who later came out with a big smile on his face), the influencer stood in the front galley and introduced herself to the first class cabin:

“Hi, guys, I’m Karolina Geits. I’m looking for a rich husband. My seat is 2A. Please join me if you’re rich.”

@karolinageits

“Looking for a Rich Husband”

Now why give this woman the attention she so desperately craves? Well, I’m fascinated that her bait seems to work. She’s done this sort of thing before (looking at her Tik Tok channel) with good results…it’s an easy way to get a new purse or dress or jewelry…

And while that may say more about the men (and women?) she scores gifts from than about her, I cannot help but wonder why flight attendants even allowed this sort of joke in the first place. This isn’t Southwest Airlines…we don’t fly United for the comedy.

While all of this may be a harmless prank, aren’t the onboard credit card pitches torture enough?

    Ugh. ” a good way to get a new purse, jewelry or a dress” . We used to have a name for women that did this. I think it began with a W. Well gentlemen this is a great way to find someone to date your wallet.

    I had some insulation installed. 2 men, 2 hours 15 minutes, half done, $6000 for the job. High profit.

    I had a quote for a metal roof. $90,000 and $59,000. If she can become a roofer and hire a roofer, maybe she can earn $25,000 per roof?

    She has attained the current dream of way too many people—being a tiktok “influencer” with a viral video. All she needs now is a sugar daddy

      If she keeps racking up followers, she can monetize her social media, which seems to be her plan. Sugar daddy not needed.

    If you do hook up with this woman, make sure you have an iron clad prenup. She has tried something like this before, wandering the streets of New York City with a similar sign: https://nypost.com/2023/09/07/nyc-woman-meets-a-man-via-her-looking-for-a-husband-sign/
    There must be a reason she is so desperate.
