Breaking: Two Dead in Frankfurt Airport Shooting

No confirmed details yet, but I am getting word that two people are dead and two are seriously injured after a shooting at Frankfurt International Airport just minutes ago. A Kosovarian suspect is under arrest. With an office right in the heart of the airport, I certainly did not hear gunshots, but FRA is a large airport. I will report back when I learn more…

UPDATE: Getting word now that this happened near Terminal 2 on a bus carrying U.S. soldiers. A citizen of Kosovo opened fire onboard or just outside the bus. Driver and one U.S. soldier killed…

    A very sad accident. I’ll be visiting Frankfurt this weekend, and while it’s something to think about, I’m still going to visit. I bet security will be tighter at the airport!
