Great summer and autumn fares on oneworld and Sky Team have popped up this evening to a variety of cities in Europe from cities (and smaller towns) across the USA.
This comes from DealRay and I have not explored every city pair, but I put it out there in case some of you can use this. Some of the secondary cities in the USA and Europe are not the typical target of flash sales.

Here’s a few attractive fares I was able to verify on Google Flights. Use the month-long search tool to scope out cheapest travel dates. I don’t see these cheap fares before August.
CONCLUSION
Fare sales are increasingly common, yet the prospect of going to Europe for under $400 on full-service legacy carrier remains a remarkable deal.
Not seeing anything sub $500 from DAY, CVG or CMH
Sorry to hear that. What cities are you checking? All of them?
yes.
