Good evening from Washington, DC. I’m still here and getting back to LA may be just as much an adventure as getting to LA. Note to self: it is difficult to get home when flights are full. Book early next time.
My spur of the moment trip to DC upended what would have been a quiet week. I hope to get home as soon as possible and not step on a plane until my next big trip in February.
The Africa trip report will continue tomorrow, with a photo report of my safari in Kruger National Park. The more interesting post, in my opinion, will be the installment after, a journey through Swaziland.
I received a fair amount of criticism this week for the fact that my ongoing Africa trip report is two years old. Believe me, I understand that older reviews are of less value than current ones. Nevertheless, as my review update of the Park Hyatt Hamburg demonstrated, not much changes. When it does, I highlight it. The same is true of the topics touched on in this report.
