A woman went ballistic at a ticket counter in Mexico City after being informed that her ticket had not been properly issued and she would need to pay for a new reservation.
Mexico City Maria Has A Bad Day At The Airport
Maria Guadalupe, 56, showed up at Benito Juarez International Airport in Mexico (MEX) to check in for her Volaris flight. There, it was found that her travel agency-issued ticket was not in order and that if she wanted to travel she would need to buy a new ticket.
This caused her to fly into a fit of rage. She proceeded to jump behind the counter and destroy four computers and four scanners. All of this was captured on video, including her yelling (in Spanish), “If you don’t want to, don’t give me the money back. I don’t give a f—k. But that’s going to cost you!”

The police were called, but when she had let her anger out she showed herself the door. Police, however, interdicted her just in time and she was arrested near the terminal exit. Per the UK Daily Mail, Volaris will press charges against her for the destruction of its equipment.
A Volaris spokesperson explained:
“A passenger reacted violently when she was notified that she had to complete the purchase of her flight. Apparently the lady had tried to make the payment with several credit cards without success, causing our fraud prevention system to issue a security alert.”
In any case, she never made it to her destination…
CONCLUSION
Sadly, turbulence for Maria occurred well before the flight took off. Guadalupe now faces a number of charges for her failure to control her temper. And let this be a warning that, when possible, it is always best to buy from the airline rather than via a travel agent. It typically will prevent these sorts of ticketing snafus from occurring.

What does “not in order” mean? Did she not try to check in until she got to the counter? Did she check in and was then asked to pay again due to the “security alert”? Or just asked to show her credit card?
I’m sure she’ll love Mexican Jail … people loose their noodles so quickly anymore. Lockdown has proven who the unstable are among us.
