Traveling on Alaska Airlines in early 2020? You can save up to 20% on your paid airfare with an easy promo code.

In collaboration with Starbucks, Alaska is offering discounts of either 10% or 20% on paid economy class airfare depending upon the day of the week you depart. Simply enter promo code “IFLYALASKA” on the Alaska Airlines homepage or flight search page to unlock savings.

Key Details:

  • 20% off travel Monday–Thursday
  • 10% off travel Friday–Sunday
  • Date range: January 7–March 4, 2020
  • Blackout date: February 13–23, 2020
  • Economy class (Saver + Main) fares only; first class fares are not reduced

You must book this by December 13, 2019 at 11:59PM PST.

After entering the promo code and clicking search, you’ll see a red symbol next to flights that are discounted:

The offer is geared toward Starbucks® Rewards Members, but anyone can use the promo code.

If you hold MVP Gold or 75K Elite status, remember that you may be able to rebook for free and pocket the savings since Alaska waives change fees for these elite members. This discount is not stackable with other discounts.

CONCLUSION

This is a great deal from Alaska Airlines, even without first class discounts. Take advantage of this by December 13th and enjoy the savings.
