I nearly skipped this over this lounge review, but in looking at far more recent reviews it appears that very little, if anything, has changed. Thus, I can at least share my pictures from the Aegean Business Lounge in Thessaloniki (SKG).

Aegean Business Lounge Thessaloniki – SKG Review Pictures
Here are some photos I took:
We spent about 30 minutes in the lounge prior to boarding, which was more than necessary. This is not a lounge I would arrive early for, but a perfectly comfortable lounge that was far preferable to the crowded gate area.
Spent many hours there once back in 2014 in the middle of a MR, getting wasted on G&Ts waiting for the flight back to ATH. We boarded straight from lounge using a side exit with stairs down to the tarmac. That was pretty cool 😉
Well, from your pics, one positive is the lounge doesn’t look too busy, despite all the airline members allowed (RIP, Blue1, BMI, and US Airways).
As all the stands at SKG are remote the one thing I really love about this lounge is the dedicated bus from the bottom of the ramp to the plane steps and when you get there should the masses have arrived already on other buses from the main part of the terminal they will be held on their buses until Business and *G passengers have boarded.
nice little lounge really for what is a regional airport really – was there last year and the spread is still smallish but quality is good for a little snacking plus the drink selection solid
