The Capital One Lounge in Las Vegas is a solid credit card lounge with an excellent selection of food and drinks, including a generous to-go section.
Capital One Lounge Las Vegas Review (LAS)
I had time during my recent trip to visit the Capital One Lounge in Las Vegas and had a great breakfast.
Access + Hours + Location
This lounge is located in the Concourse D Atrium on the 2nd level near gate D50. D is not so easy to get to…you’ll need to take a train from other terminals. The lounge is open from 5:00 am to 11:00 pm daily.
Those who have access include:
- Venture X cardholders and Venture X Business primary cardholders – unlimited complimentary access for themselves and two guests per visit
- For exatra guests of these cardholders, the cost is $45 per guest per visit ($25 per visit per guest 17 and under)
- Venture and Spark Miles cardholders can purchase passes to the Capital One Lounge at a special rate of $45 for themselves and each of their guests, per visit
Other access notes:
- Cardholder must be present for guests to receive access.
- Children under 2 can enter for free with a supervising parent or guardian.
- Access to all amenities is included with Lounge entry.
- Lounge access is not guaranteed and subject to availability (check the app for how busy the lounge is and add yourself to the waitlist before you reach the lounge, if there is one).
- Beginning February 1, 2026, Venture X and Venture X Business primary cardholders will continue to receive complimentary access to Capital One Lounge and Landing locations. However, primary cardholders must pay an annual lounge access fee of $125 per additional cardholder to maintain their lounge access.
Eligible cardholders and guests must present a boarding pass with a confirmed seat assignment for a departing or connecting same-day flight. Access on arrival is typically not permitted and guests may enter up to 3 hours before their departure time.
Seating
This lounge has a jelly-bean-like shape with seating to the right or left as you enter. There’s a lot of naural light, but the views are limited except on the east side, which has offers apron views. Power outlets and USB ports are plentiful and Wi-Fi is fast.
The lounge never really got crowded, though there were a good number of travelers in the lounge at 9:00 am.
Food + Drink
I’ve never been disappointed in the food selection in a Capital One Lounge and this LAS Lounge was no exception. I came hungry for breakfast and left satisfied.
I quite enjoyed my breakfast, including barista-made coffee from the bar (the cortado wasn’t great, but the cappuccino was excellent).
I did not parkake in any libations, but the full bar was open with many enjoying alcoholic drinks despite the morning hour:
In addition to the very nice buffet, the lounge offers an extensive grab-and-go section next to the lounge reception with sandwiches, salads, sweets, and beverages.
Not knowing how long my meeting would run, I took a ham and Swiss pretzel sandwich, summer caprese salad, and white bean + chickpea salad with feta. I ended up being very grateful for these…they hit the spot a few hours later.
Resrooms + Showers
Restrooms and showers are available. Restrooms are all gender neutral private rooms.
CONCLUSION
I left the Las Vegas Capital One Lounge refreshed and fueled for a grueling morning ahead. I find Capital One Lounges consistently good and would not place it higher or lower than Denver or Washington Dulles…all three I’ve visited are excellent.
Looks nice. The DFW has had a mighty fall from grace.
What has happened at DFW? That airport makes it pretty difficult to use a lounge other than that your connecting or departure terminal.
When there is a waitlist to enter the lounge, it would be nice to be able to get food from the grab and go without having to first clear the waitlist for lounge entry. I thought that was a purpose of the grab and go.
