Breakfast In JetBlue Mint

Matthew Klint Posted onDecember 21, 2019November 14, 2023 1 Comment

Each week, my Meal of the Week feature examines an airline meal from my travels over the years. This may be a meal from earlier in the week or it may be a meal served over a decade ago.

JetBlue Mint is great for lunch and dinner, but how about for breakfast? This week, we take a look at a Mint breakfast.

JetBlue is the superlative domestic premium cabin experience. I’ve only flown it once, but it blew me away and has set the standard that the legacies–even on their best days–just don’t live up to.

My business partner flew JetBlue Mint recently from New York to Los Angeles on an early morning flight. He graciously shared a few pictures from his meal.

The breakfast menu read as follows:

Welcome Pastry

Butter croissant

Delish Dishes

Choose three. Please note: The first three dishes listed below are chilled.

Fresh Fruit

papaya, mango, pineapple, strawberry

Greek Yogurt Berry Parfait

blueberry, raspberry, strawberry, vanilla granola

Smoked Salmon Bagel

cream chease, capers, red onion, dill

Cinnamon French Toast

brioche, cinnamon-sugar, maple syrup

Cheddar & Chive Biscuit Sandwich

scrambled eggs, pimento cheese

He had fresh fruit, Greek Yogurt, and cinnamon French Toast. Even though he was sick, eh gave the food good marks. My mouth is watering just looking at the pictures. That croissant and cappuccino look wonderful…as does each course.

a hand holding a white booklet

a croissant and a cup of coffee on a tray

a tray of food on a tray

a bowl of fruit and yogurt

a group of bowls of fruit and cereal

a plate of food with a napkin and a napkin

CONCLUSION

I do question my loyalty to one airline when JetBlue offers such a delicious menu and superior overall product (seat, service, internet, etc). I love that it is posted online as well. All in all, it looks like JetBlue is maintaining a delicious onboard product on Mint.
